They did not know how to wash car properly and charges 1250 for simple car washing.🤦🏼‍♂️

Pathetic experience with Vehicle care and AcarZ Staff. The paint work done by the AcarZ Workshop is so terrible and patches are clearly visible from far. I am now required to get my car painted again from some fair and professional workshop. There are remains of tape and gum on door handles and windows, which has caused permanent damage and impact on the look and feel of my car. The delivery condition of my car was extremely bad, unwashed, uncleaned and full of dust. Only after my request, they removed the outer dust using dry cloth. Bonnet of my car was left open (unlocked) by AcarZ Workshop which I found during my highway drive at high speed. Although it was cashless insurance claim, AcarZ staff has taken money from me to buy the rear bumper of my car. How come a multi-brand car service provider has no money to buy parts and ask customers to pay for it. My money is still not returned back, even after my continuous request from the last 30+ days.

Poor service! They are charging so much and the service they provide is really worst ! Waste of money and time also ! They never able to complete the work in their given time and then asking for more 2-3 days ! And the owner mr.yogesh has really pathetic sense of humor! They don't even pick up the calls regarding issues after completing service and misbehaves !I'll not recommend to go there for any work !

Third class service! Pathetic owner! They have zero knowledge regarding car service! Installed duplicate parts and take charge of original parts. No working knowledge. Don't want to give even one star for this. Always keep on giving excuses n taking huge amount of charges!Friendly suggestion never ever go there even in emergencies.
