Hi I need help so currently I am working on a cruise ship I am here for 8 months I have a kotak savings account and I want to transfer some money to my vested account to buy some US stocks. Now the problem is that when I try to transfer money to my vested account Kotak remit says that I have to provide form 16 or ITR documents but I don't have them cause I don't work in India so I need a solution and need help so I can transfer my money easily will kotak NRI account works?

I've had a genuinely positive experience at this bank. The location is convenient, and the staff is consistently helpful and polite. Even the security personnel, especially the watchmen, are courteous and go out of their way to assist. A special mention to Mr. Ambesh (cashier) and the Operations Manager both are exceptionally efficient and committed to their roles. Despite the noticeable crowd and public rush which can make the environment seem chaotic at times, the team handles everything with grace. What stands out is that even under pressure and heavy workload, most of the staff never let their stress show. They remain calm, professional, and ensure every customer is taken care of smoothly. Their warm approach makes every visit feel welcoming.

A great experience for Kotak Bank! I had a great experience with Kotak Bank. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the services were very fast and easy. Especially the account opening and clearing queries.

Kotak 811 express service centre. A title is express service but service are very slow. Only one man attend a all 10 to 15 customer. I came in 2 pm and still I wait for my no.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this branch. For the last one and a half months, my salary has been getting stuck due to their internal processes, even though the bank already has all the required information and documents. I have been asked to visit the branch multiple times and follow up constantly, including calling them twice a day, just to get access to my own salary. There is a complete lack of empathy and accountability. This is someone’s livelihood, yet the staff behaves as if they are doing a favor instead of resolving the issue they created. This experience has been mentally exhausting and disheartening. I have completely lost trust in this bank and would never recommend Kotak Mahindra Bank to anyone.
