I had an excellent experience at Clinikk Health Hub, Bannerghatta Road. Dr. Geethanjali is very understanding and explains everything clearly. The entire staff is supportive and courteous. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Doctor explained the condition very patiently, this was my 2nd visit. They do reach out in few days to check on you. Staff is well trained and welcoming. Would recommend this clinic anyday.

⭐ Review for Clinikk – Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing this review out of complete frustration and disappointment with Clinikk’s service. My brother PRADEEP M M was hospitalized, and I submitted a claim reimbursement request. However, I have received no update so far and have no idea about the status of the claim. I have repeatedly asked for a Malayalam call to my brother to clearly explain the claim details, but no one from Clinikk has responded or helped. The support team has not taken any responsibility, and the communication has been extremely poor. This experience is very upsetting, especially because I have personally referred many of my family members to Clinikk, expecting good service. Unfortunately, this has turned into a very bad and disappointing experience. If arranging just a simple call is this difficult, I am worried about how the claim process and future support will be handled. Overall: Very dissatisfied with Clinikk’s service.
