Today I faced a horrible experience to get my laptop get repaired from Friends Computers, Supertec plaza, sector 5 RAJENDRA NAGAR SAHIBABAD. The issue was in display and I was assured to get it repaired in 2-2.30 hours. Till 7 pm nothing was done and at 8.15 pm I got the laptop without taking care of prime problem of display but only change of keyboard. It lost my whole day as it consumed my 10 hours without laptop as no work can be done without laptop. It was a harrassing moment for me. I request all to avoid going to this place for any related work.

Wrong location no one able to pick the call

Had it been possible ..I would have given 'zero' rating. Highly pathetic service. I got my laptop battery replaced from him. Within 4-5 months it got swollen up, but he refused to replace it though it was under warranty and started making lame excuses. Total waste of money and my laptop also got damaged during their service.
