My laptop display was not working.. i reached them... Bcs its urgent I WAS not able go CTC bcs of time... I gave my laptop to them... They said max 2 days will take put your laptop here we will diagnose and i will let u know... And they also said that if the repair cost is coming more than 2k I will call u first, and this was gaming laptop, second day they call me and said did u opened your laptop anywhere, i said yes it was in warranty toh dell customer agent open, after 2 days later again I called what happens sir, they were like i will inform you sir we were searching cable, they opened my full laptop, i said my friends that i gave my laptop for repair they were like **** why u gave your that much costly laptop to repair Shop, they were giving bad reviews about shop, now i was nervous, then 4th day I went to shop sir what happen u said in 2 day's u will finish, and 4 days happen, they were like don't worry sir i will inform u after getting cable ha they were searching cable from 1st day onwards, i asked what the cost of cable they said it's very costly but we will inform u, and said till now 1250 happen for repairs ,i said repair sir my screen was not coming that the only problem, what repair u did i said ok let it be, bring the cable and repair it,then after 7,8 days later they called me and said sor we are not getting cable and if u want u can use HDMI cable for external monitor, i said no i don't need, he was like repair is not possible,i said I'm coming return my laptop to me, i took the laptop and tomorrow i went to CTC market, I know one person there he upgraded my laptop, and keyboard 2 months back, i went there i explained the scenario everything, then he connected HDMI cable for external screen it's coming but my screen was not, then he asked how much time that shopkeeper kept your laptop i said almost 7,8, day's he open screen screen was broken from inside, screen sticker was miss place that shopkeeper opened your screen, the screen was like sandwich 🥪 , we can't see with our naked eyes, he placed torch light inside the screen the. It was visible ,your screen will cost tentative 9 to 10k and cables don't know then he said leave the laptop i will see, now i came back to home don't know how much it costs Now, 😭.
