This seller sold a defective TV to us through Amazon. It has been 10 days with multiple technicians visiting us. This seller is delaying the return unnecessarily by sending wrong report to Amazon. Horrible seller, beware!

These people are not even committed. Fake promises. Extremely rude behavior. One of the sales men said "apko dekhke mujhe frustration hoti hai after they got the cash from my pocket. Extremely unprofessional. I am not recommending to anyone. They do not give any value to their customers.

When you know you have to buy an electronic item, it could appear as a big search for a pearl in the sea. Having known that you have a place from where you can get detailed guidance, often with demonstration, right price and anytime and every time service and troubleshooting, is all you need. Thank you for being super generous and yeah getting my machine fixed when I needed the most. Wonderful team and full of enthusiasm. Thanks again!

Not happy this staff give me open product I had told you not to give me the display fridge, I would pack it from the godown but that did not happen, I gave you the open one which has a scratch

Just wanted to put it out there, the employees shouted out racial slurs at us as we were passing by the store. When confronted, they outrightly denied ever saying anything even though me and my friends heard them very clearly. It is apparent what kind of mindset they would have if they can just casually call out to us so comfortable. Being from the North East, it is already quite uncomfortable with all the stares at us but again hearing racial slurs being hurled at us just walking by stores just leaves a bad feeling. The people(the ones who did call out racial slurs) smiling in the picture very clearly do not understand the gravity of their actions nor felt any empathy or embarrassment towards their actions which all the more makes this situation worse. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
