Overall it was a good experience. I got the replacement RAM in about 10 days. The only drawback was having to climb five floors since there’s no lift and finding the service as there are no boards outside of this building about this service centre

Just awesome i took my Corsair psu for warrenty claim they changed it within minutes and gave me a new one , the staff was very professional and the area is so clean and no crowd at all , little bit issue in finding the entrance gate 🤣 it's kinda look like someones home door it's blue , u will find a very nice security guard uncle ,then take the lift come to 5th floor and the service centre is on ur left , hope this helps ☺️

They are amazing at the RMA service but really pathetic at the communication. Please do reguar weekly followups as they don't communicate at all even if you will provide all the info or means to communicate.

Had a terrible experience where I was given a refurbished card as replacement for my 3070ti. The card took over 22 days to arrive and then the replacement started showing artifacts which means the replacement is also defective. No resolution till now. Customer service also seems lackluster. Would not recommend! Update 1: After multiple back and fourth over emails, was able to get a replacemet card. The card seems ok but not great. Update 2: The replacement card has broken down within 20 days of replacemet. The same was resubmitted for RMA. Update 3: After a tremendous back and fourth and multiple visits to the SC, they provided me with a upper variant of the SKU, its the amp holo variant and seems to be working fine. Although I was dissatisfied with the initial back and fourth, the end result resolution was acceptable. Hence I have raised the rating from 1 star to 3.

Quite pleasant experience. Ordered a Corsair keyboard whose backlight was not working. I just couriered the keyboard to them and they processed. Took about 10 days and they shipped back a brand new keyboard with fully working backlight. Maybe shipping time could be optimized but overall it was good experience.
