Went there to change by laptop battery. They are very professional. Rates are nominal. Battery replaced in a day. Special mention to the staff working. He was very professional, good and friendly. He is one of the main reason for my 5 star rating. He was prompt in his service and ready with updates

Nice place to have your Laptop repaired and also explore Refurbished laptop. Had a battery replaced on my HP laptop and also had the chip-level service on my Dell and I'm Happy with it.

Service is good, but i experienced with small issue like the laptop few screws were missed when I got the repaired, then I went again they fix it. Pls check it before delivering to the customer. Overall i satisfied.

Ram infotech's USP is in analysing the issue / problem correctly. Their service standards are very good and the TAT is excellent, they always complete the job and deliver before the committed timelines.
