Recently rented a flat at Patel Nagar and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. Everything was handled professionally, and the property was exactly as shown. Really satisfied with the service! These guys hooked me up with the worst landlords possible, on 22/5 2nd floor, West Patel Nagar. The old landlord aunty would routinely steal our groceries from the fridge. She would also use the PG fridge for her own personal use and expect us to pay for the whole bill. The place was very dingy and unclean, and the landlords (who were literally living in the same flat) especially the aunty, were so so cunning. There is grime on all the switchboards, there is no RO, the kitchen area doesn't even have a sink and it is always so dirty. The aunty seemed to think it was her right to scold us grown adults for absolutely no reason. Like come on, you're stealing our groceries, the least you can do is be nice about it. She would turn off the corridor lights for no business of hers, leaving it in absolute darkness. The situation was so bad that I had to leave and forfeit my whole security. Finally I realised why the owner of Sagar Associates was so hell bent on finalising the deal without wanting me to meet the landlords. He didn't even give me a copy of the contract till the very end, when I was a party to the same. What are you even a broker for? PS. the reason they have such golden reviews is because they coerce their clients to give them a five star rating right in front of them in their office. They might call the review fake, but look guys, I have no personal enmity with you but you really should learn to be better at business.
