Used services for aluminium sliding window for balcony. The rollers stopped working in 3 months. Requested after sales service x5 over phone, followed by visiting his shop more 5 times. I admire him for his stubborn attitude, he never came to attend the problem. We now adjust by lifting the heavy sliding window and move it.
Good and fantastic works done by them. Very kind and approach and budget wise
While doing the work calls were picked, now there is a leakage in two to three months time and even after a no th of follow up calls are not being responded. After sales service is pathetic
Thay have done fantastic work I am fully satisfied thankyou
Jagadish and Sumit did a nice job of installing internal windows to avoid noise and dust. Good workmanship.
