I am not satisfied with my experience. I chose their home pickup and drop-off boutique service based on their impressive 5-star rating, but I now regret that decision. I entrusted them with four suits that I was really passionate about. Unfortunately, they didn't provide substantial help with the design, which led to some confusion on my part. Despite being charged for a designer suit, the stitching I received was disappointingly simple—something a local tailor could easily do better. I specifically requested a loose fit, yet the suit I received was tight and had an unflattering, "aunty-type" appearance. This service is vastly overrated. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned money here as I did. Seeing that my dress turned out badly has left me feeling frustrated and regretful about my choice.
