Worst after sales services. Even though the serviceis paid for. This is the third time they stated that they were coming for a service and did not show up

Split ac flap is giving problem all the time after servicing. Spoke to MANSI THE OPERATOR AND THE EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY SHOCKING. MR PRAKASH IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST TO HAVE THIS PERSON REPLACED AS SHE SPEAKS VERY RUDELY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. The boys who come to service our hard working. But your operator does not have courtesy or manersims to speak to ur customers. Please do something fast before you lose out on your customers

Best services in Borivali. Well organized no follow up needed when service is due. Workers are trust worthy. Serviceable area covered is also wide. Worth the money.

Horrible and unprofessional attitude. Had booked for AC maintenance with them for the first time after hearing some good things. But the experience was very bad. We were given a slot of 5-5:30 Pm. They don’t care to inform and I had to call multiple times to get through to them to check when they didn’t show up. On top of that the person has the audacity of saying we don’t have people we can’t send that we will have to wait for 20 minutes more. This after I have called to follow up. No one from their end bother and there is no communication between their own people. I have canceled and will not recommend them to anyone
