Excellent service! I came here after reading Google reviews, and I can confidently say they are all genuine. I was facing the green line issue in S22+, which was very thin and difficult to capture in photos for Samsung approval. The team made multiple efforts to get it approved, and because of their dedication, my issue was successfully resolved. I received my phone within 15 days. The staff is extremely cooperative and supportive. I am very happy with the service.

I visited the Nadiad service center for a burning smell issue with my Buds 3 Pro after having a disappointing experience at the Anand (Dhara) service center. The experience here was completely different. The staff members were very professional and supportive. Each staff member listened carefully to my problem and showed genuine interest in solving it. One staff member, Aatir, was especially helpful and patient while understanding my concern. He clearly explained the issue and made sure the device was properly checked. They provided a satisfactory explanation and successfully resolved the burning smell problem, which had been completely ignored at the Anand service center. I truly appreciate the teamwork, professionalism, and customer support shown by the Nadiad service center staff. Great work by everyone there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for proper and reliable service.
