The prices are too high as compared to market standards. They don't offer discount on bulk purchase. It's better to buy from other nearby shops which offer much lesser price.

I was a loyal customer of this shop for the last ten years. With recent incident, I have made up my mind that I won't be going to this shop anymore going forward. I visited this shop recently to buy a Philips 12-watt bulb and asked for the price without seeing the price on the carton. The lady replied asking for 150 Rs, which I paid. When I returned home, I just saw the price by chance on the carton; it was listed as Rs 148. The shop charged me 2 Rs more and didn't give any discount.

One of the worts place to buy electronics... Bought fans from there for my home and the number they have provided on the invoice doesn't respond and neither their email works (which is given in the invoice). When you try to contact them through the number mentioned in the google maps they will pick the call and listen the problem 1st time you call and then blacklist your number... Worst service ever... All they try to do is clear thier stock instead of helping families and help them make best choices... Yahan se zada best hai ki chroma ya koi aur store se lelo kam se kam installation toh milti hai and proper service and yahan 0.001 star dene ka option hota toh tab yahi milta inn logon ko... Physically jaake jab problems batao toh bas brand service ka number dedenge and fir yahi chalta rehta hai ki aap store se baat karo and store bolega ki aap brand se baat karo... Koi kuch nahi karega... Buying from there is waste of money

I am an architect and I'd like to share my professional feedback of this shop. We had been referred to this shop by the company Norisys to procure items for our project in Noida. We've faced huge issues with customer service and return of items. The items given to us after advance payment we're 4 years old and boxes were partially consumed by termites. Some items had discoloration and damaged packaging. On returns they've reduced the number of items and made a list with lesser items and refuse to accept their mistake. The return amount is lesser than the amount paid for the items. On pointing out their mistake, I've been shouted on, physically pushed and roughed up. The owner raises a temper and an attitude to me even though we are potentially a regular source of business to any such shop. He says things like you can't understand this and I don't have time, go somewhere else. Rashi at the sales counter as well as the owner refuse to accept their mistake even after reopening and checking the items in the box in front of them and also checking the CCTV cameras. They say things like somebody might have changed the contents of the box and other vague defences to fleece us. I fear to imagine what a walk in customer would face if I'm getting this service as an architect. Fraudulent people. Wasted my time and money on them.
