Hopeless service! My machine was breaking the thread, I gave them. They charged Rs 300 oiled it and returned. Problem remains the same 300 wasted. Now I'll have to look for another repairing shop. Think before you give your machine to this shop.

Such bad customer service don't buy anything.the shopkeeper is such a bad person .he don't know how to talk with girl customers I gave him350 charger for repairs sewing machine moter but then the motor is not working properly am again visit in his shop to complaint but he shouted on me and said to me that's your problem if machine not working their no exchange or return policy so keep the motor & repair by yourself & this man not returned my money & keep his moter with him

This is the best place not only to buy sewing machine but also for repair and maintainance of sewing machine with minimal and best price. And if the repair is not so big issue then they do it hand to hand in front of the costumers so there is no chance of being bluffed or cheated. I would highly recommend this place for any sewing machine issue.

Good place for sewing machine service. All major brands sewing machines and their parts are also available here. A little bit costly. Shop is at narrow road, so Difficult to park a vehicle.

I recently visited this sewing machine shop and was thoroughly impressed. They have a wide range of sewing machines, from basic models to advanced ones. The staff was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the features of each machine, helping me pick the right one for my needs. They also offer on-site servicing, which is a big plus. Overall, excellent quality products and great customer service!
