“I ordered lead wire for a calling fan from this shop on March 15, 2026, and paid a ₹200 advance. I even provided a sample wire to ensure I received the same quality wire. However, upon delivery, the shopkeeper supplied a different, inferior quality wire and charged almost double the price. When I complained about this, they misrepresented the correct information instead of providing the correct information. Not only that, even after complaining, no solution was provided, and I was simply told, 'Do whatever you want.' I asked for the supplier's number so I could contact them personally, but they refused to provide it. “My experience was extremely poor. I would advise all customers to avoid purchasing from here, and if they do, they should do so only after thorough investigation.”
