I bought a hitachi ac from walia electronics,he sells me a defective product..worst experience from this shop.
Bought Lyod AC on his suggestion within three weeks it stopped cooling. When we raised the complaint to him he direct us to the customer care. I found him unprofessional and least concerned for after sales service.
Very very bad service, purchased a refrigerator of Samsung for rs 22500, first of all the delivery was delayed, and the owner of the shop was so so rude and misbehaving, with the elders, the refrigerator they delivered was fully dented and was used, and the owner of the shop charged the delivery charges twice. Was not ready to accept his fault. Will prefer not to buy anything from them as they sell duplicate and used products.
