IT'S been over a year since we installed an Epic Elevator in our apartment building, and it still runs like new. The build quality is exceptional , and the maintenance team is punctual and through. The elevator doesn't just perform well-it also adds value and a touch of elegance to the property. We're incredibly satisfied with our decision.

Very bad experience with Epic lift service I’m money plant high street in jagatpur area everyday lift stuck and suddenly go down in -4 label basement it’s very dangerous for human and no boday reply from Epic and builder side.i never suggest to use this lift service.already complain registered in RERA also but nobody replying.

Terrifying experience with Epic Elevators! We were on the 12th floor at Money Plant, Gota, Ahmedabad, when the lift suddenly lost control and plummeted. It finally stopped at minus four! Scary sounds, vibrations, sudden jerks, and unexpected stops are very common issues, even the day after maintenance. Absolutely unsafe, never trust this elevator.

Worst and horrible experience. Our apartment has not completed 2 year and lift producing sound, vibration, jerk and stop anytime. If you call on helpline, dull response is there. No ticket or complain number was provided. If you concern about your precious life, don't go for it.

Minus rating can be given... Worst lift manufacturers. In our flats, once in a week there is an issue with the lift, not working or technical problems. EPIC are playing with the life of people. This is BLUNDER!!!
