My friend bought land from Right Choice S.P. Promoters Pvt Ltd (Right Choice SP Narasimma Nagar, Vengapakkam–Selaiyur) and later found out the property is already under court case O.S No. 106/2023. The company sold it knowingly without informing. Please verify all legal documents before buying from them!
We(20 peoples) had a very bad experience with Right Choice S.P. Promoters Pvt Ltd. They sold land in Right Choice S P Narasimma Nagar while fully aware that the property is under an active court case. This shows complete lack of transparency and has caused buyers serious trouble. I strongly advise future buyers to double-check all legal documents and court records before dealing with this promoter.
