Really Very Very bad experience. The staff is not co-operating & very bad behaviour or the staff Doesn't got satisfied answers Just they make your bike ready in their suitable way. High charges for small things and selling unnecessary things to you.!! They charged for metal polish and bike wash in invoice ₹200 but they deliver my motorcycle without washing. All the staffs were doing timepass using phone when customers waiting in line. Not suggesting anyone to visit this service Center.

Worst Service Center of Royal Enfield...One of my Side Mirror was borken in warranty but they are refusing to change it with worst Replies...No Proper Washing No Proper Customer Service by Authorities...

Bike serviced at workshop; no work done, no cleaning, yet full payment taken. I have video evidence. Additional charges for mirror adjustment claimed without actual service. Oil change status unclear. Complaints met with accusations of dishonesty. They cheat customers like this. Their workshop doesn't do bike washing, claiming it's faulty and getting it done outside. Customers often face some issue with their bike afterwards.
