Most things don't work. Availablity of stuff is poor. Stock outs are very normal . I went for Tulsibhog rice 5kg. Not there. Coupon redemption not possible. Card payment doesn't work. Haughty customer service. Always available

A store to visit when you have no other options nearby. Store is very clumsy, things are not properly organised. Even their stuffs don't know where the things are and keep asking around other stuffs. It happened to me multiple times, the offer displayed on the rack wasn't applied on the billing counter. If you ask why, they will give you two options.. either take the item without offer price or drop it. Wouldn't recomend for daily purpose.

Very bad service. Previously they used to atleast give some carry bag but today I purchased rs 200 worth and the guy denied even the cheapest transparent bag they have in stock. Which customer always keeps a carry bag with himself before visiting a grocery store? This is why the sales of this outlet is always low and unless absolutely needed, customers avoid this outlet. Management seems not bothered!

It’s a small spencer store. You won’t find much options but for daily needs its ok. Grocery and little bit of household available here. Garments curtains mattresses etc unavailable like big size spencer. No dedicated parking available. May feel cozy due to its size. Recommended only for day to day needs.👍
