Never book this court via ROVO, I booked this court on a sunday (it showed available on this booking app) but then, when i reached the place, the facility was closed. The facility management should have updated as closed in the ROVO app. So, it would have not showed available and i would have not booked. Waste of time. And when i asked for refund over phone, the facility person has said that the money did not reflect on their end and they can't cancel the booking and can't do anything with the refund. And asked me to reach out the ROVO customer support. Then, i tried finding the support number and got the refund. Also, it is showing as "this facility does not support online cancellation" in the app. At least they should have this option to cancel. other facilities has this option. BAD EXPERIENCE.
