Ltd. Internship Duration: 28 May to 31 July 2025 My Internship Experience During my internship, I studied the business model of NumberNagar®, an education company that provides Maths and Phonics learning for young children. I focused on how their franchise system works and how it helps women run small learning centres from home. I learned about investment, earnings, student fees, and how the business supports both education and entrepreneurship. I also prepared a detailed report, which improved my skills in research, writing, and business analysis. This internship helped me understand how educational businesses grow and how they can create both profit and social impact.

I was attended both phonic sound and the maths training it was very useful for me so and I improved my language and communications it helps us to how to understand the subject (Maths) to the students there is no slow learners in the maths subject it is very useful students and teachers thank you number Nagar Aruna Mam and sir thank you and also your team member I thank you ma'am

Wonderful experience...🙂My son was 4.3 years when he started his phonics class from Jan now he has finished his level 5 phonics class.he is able to read any story book of his own and write .very kids friendly and patience teacher I have ever met....tats the best part of aruna mam...my sons favourite mam...she is a amazing teacher..🙂

My son was just 2 years old when he began his journey with Number Nagar. In the beginning, it was a bit tough for him to adjust to the new environment, but slowly the team introduced phonics to him. He picked it up so well that within a year he was reading simple sentences. Today, at 7 years old, he reads chapter books confidently. He also learnt basic maths concepts and now solves mathematical equations with ease. He achieved excellent grades this year, and the person behind his achievements is none other than Mrs. Aruna Shankar. She is incredibly dedicated and passionate about teaching, with a level of patience that is truly admirable. She is my son’s all-time favourite teacher. Under her guidance, children feel safe, comfortable, and excited to learn. They enjoy the different learning materials and understand the true purpose of education. From my personal experience, the phonics kit and mathematics kit have been extremely helpful in building strong foundational skills. Thank you so much Aruna for being a wonderful teacher to my son🙏🏻❤️
