Things that I am talking about - - I have No backpain and cocyx pain now. - I am in my ideal weight losing 14kgs. I am now leading a happy active and healthy lifestyle gracefully. Pros: Amazing support. All round expertise in wellness. Caring group. Result driven around practicality. ONLINE support. Cons: Physical Location might not be accessible for all.

Very good community to be a part of, helped me personally a lot to follow a healthy lifestyle. With the help of the experience among everyone made me to follow this healthy lifestyle.
