Staff is not supportive. I had a Gift card and they feel me as I have got free. After taking the medicine and redming giftcard they ask for remaing amount cash. I gave but they return me change -2 Rs.. Behaviour is very bad I think they should have trained for customer service. They are very rude..👎 Again I will not buy any apollo Gift card.

Extremely disappointing experience. I trusted them based on their brand name and goodwill, but that turned out to be a mistake. They accept orders without the ability to deliver medicines on time and keep giving false promises regarding delivery. Such negligence is unacceptable in a healthcare-related service. Not reliable at all.
