I had a very disappointing experience with Sky Elevator's service. They charged me without resolving the problem, and just five minutes after the repair, the lift shut down again with the same error. When I reached out for assistance, they said it was not their responsibility. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I noticed they use local parts. I would not recommend using Sky Elevator's service.

Good staff and very good service

Extremely disappointed with Sky Elevator's service. In just 5 months, we've faced over 20 breakdowns. The lift frequently stops midway, once my nephew got stuck and there was no automatic rescue; we had to get him out ourselves. Yesterday the lift made strange noises, today it stopped again. My 80-year-old father, a heart patient, is forced to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Their team never shows urgency, technicians are always "busy" and don’t come for over 24 hours. When asked about rescue, they casually say, “It’s not a rescue situation.” Poor product quality and even poorer customer service. Not recommended at all.
