My heater was broken and they fixed it in no time , quick and hassle free service.

Few days back I bought a geyser from them, the experience was great. And they staff was professional.

Worst experience. Bought a Geyser from Sharma electronics vaishali sector 6. The Geyser stopped working within one week. Asked about warranty. They said, they will repair it for 500 rupees. A new geyser to be used by repairing? They also charge very high price for small appliances. Bad behaviour of the owner. Quality is bad. Don't buy. Not recommended.

I have been a regular customer of Sharma Electricals for many years and my experience has always been excellent. I have purchased multiple products from them, including fans, lights, an inverter, a battery, and an AC, and all the products have been of very good quality. I personally prefer buying electrical items offline, and Sharma Electricals provides the best service with honest guidance and affordable prices. I bought an inverter and battery from them almost 10 years ago, and it is still working well—only the battery needed replacement once, which itself speaks volumes about the product quality they offer. This is the oldest and most reliable electrical shop in the area, and their customer trust clearly shows why they’ve been around for so long. The only small downside is that the shop remains closed on Tuesdays. Overall, a highly recommended store for genuine products and dependable service.
