very very poor service. Not at all recommended. They will take service charges in advance from you and after that you have to follow up again & again to get your repair done. They will not worry for your sale losses and spoiling of food items if your fridge or deep freezer is not working properly.

00 stars. Worst grade after sales service and spare parts service. They have no concerne towards customers. Avoid this brand.I bought 2 products of Celfrost in The year 2020, A bottle cooler and a convertible deep freezer of 110 ltrs. Deep freezer had a major issue with its lid not opening properly it was too hard. I tried to get a service call but nothing happened. In 2023 the lid latch got saperated from body. I tried to reach out to company on calls on email through dealer to order A new lid but nothing happened no response at all till now. Don't buy if u want your money to not go dump n drain. They have no network for good after sales services.

Worst company I am using right now I have purchased there freezer for my bakery in Odisha after every one month it stop working, try to contact service center no response very very poor service men they are sending they are unprofessional. service men always asking money even in free service. very very disappointed with there poor service. i will suggest don't buy from this company any more, hope management will read my message. as i explained i am not rich men i have invested from my hardworking money. totally dissatisfied, sales men also no responding after selling product. before sale they will call you 10 times. Such a worst products..i bought 1 pc 4 door deep freezers and 1pc 4 door chiller each 1500 ltr. One is already dead one years ago. one more dead after completion of one year warrenty. Repair center people also wrost....losses are huge because of them....never ever buy any cellfrost in future..total waist of money.. I am Manoj owner of the bakery
