I recently purchased a TV from Reliance Digital, and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. During installation itself, the technician identified a display issue and took photos and videos, assuring me that the TV would be replaced within 72 hours. It has been days now, and there is absolutely no response. Every time I visit the showroom, a different person attends me and I have to explain the entire issue from the beginning. There is zero coordination between the staff. I even raised a complaint with customer care, but that was completely useless — no follow-up, no updates, nothing. I’ve spent my time, money, and trust on a big brand expecting better service, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. All I want is the replacement they promised. Highly dissatisfied with the after-sales service.
