Very good service ,i purchased weighing with billing machine past 7years.. excellent company

Please read fully. I Bought my third billing machine here for 11k . Had warranty for 6 months. After an year the machine display did not work properly and become full white. When I took the issue to them , the service person from there told its warranty is over and now it is chargeble of 450 rs and additional charge of spare may be added. I said ok to them. In some minutes the service person from there said the display has to be changed which will cost 2800 rs. I asked them what could be the reason for display malfunction to which they said some liquid may have fallen in it. I was very sure that there was no chance for any liquid entry in that or any physical damage. So I directly went and showed that display to the manger who was wearing spex and i said the there is no chance for any liquid entry in the machine Or physical damage which he also accepted which I said. For all the explanation which I said to that manager he plainly said that it happens like that even if you don't damage or put some fluid, the display may malfunction like this which we can less it for 2500. After astonished by the quality of the machine and reply of the manager I took the machine back home. Just the best for which I have rated 5 stars.
