Received super support to fix the issue. Initially other services center said hard disk failed. But here they verified root cause of the issue. They found os corrupt issue and battery issues and speaker issues. Finally they did deep cleanup and fixed the issues . Currently laptop is working fine . I am happy for the support and fixed
