Good finance staff of kotak really deserve better designation (satyam) superb and fast service

Worst experience Staff is standing even after asking no one is ready to attend. I asked multiple times but still no one is there to attend

The service is really pathetic, i bought a fridge only because it was getting delivered the next day. The salesperson billed me instantly and they kept lying. He stopped picking my calls and i recieved no response from CROMA or any update of delivery. I had to personally visit the store again a week later to get a response on my escalation even then the salesperson denied everything. It’s tooo bad to run after a brand like this. I will never purchase again

Bought food processor last week, price fixed(TATA enterprise& they don't care for customers). After purchase brought itvto home,Asked for demo & I was told it is chargeable, what the heck- poor salesmanship. Beware before buying any product from Chroma store -to check recheck & rather don't buy as prices are not negotiable ,pre&post buying salesmanship is useless. Experience in sector 29 chroma store. Vijay sales much better with price flexibility,offers etc. There are more employees than products displayed & for that they would need to fleece customers

Very Pathetic Service by this centre of croma i have ever seen in my life. Faulty product delivered. Without follow up no one has come for installation. After several follow up person has visited. Informing that it will be raised for replacement. And, given the report that product was okay. No need for replacement. In this croma team, not taking any action of their fault. Just informing about the products.
