Had an OK OK experience here Mr. Sohail was humble, polite, and patient throughout the purchase. He explained the lighting options clearly and helped us choose products as per our requirement. He also provided a decent discount. However, there is some scope for improvement in overall coordination and billing clarity. The service was satisfactory, but it could be a little more smooth and transparent. Overall, an okay experience.

We visited RK Lights multiple times recently. On our first visit, unfortunately, we were assigned to a salesman with an indifferent attitude, which caused us to lose a valuable day in our purchasing process. It was disappointing, especially since procurement timing is crucial for us. However, things changed when we met Saud. As a Hyderabadi, I really admire his professionalism and salesmanship. He provided detailed explanations, offered various options based on price and quality, and made the whole experience smooth. Thanks to his helpful approach, we didn’t even feel the need to compare with other stores. From that point, we became regular customers of RK Electricals. Without us realizing it, Saud also encouraged some smart cross-selling. To be fair, we did check with other vendors for comparison, but we eventually came back to the same shop — RM Marketing / Royal Marketing — and placed a substantial order purely because of the trust we developed through Saud.
