Recently purchased a cooler from M S Distributors for my parents, but unfortunately, the product stopped working properly after just 15 days. Despite being under warranty, the customer service was unhelpful and didn't provide a clear solution. I've tried contacting the shop multiple times, but the response has been slow and uncooperative. As a customer, it's frustrating to see such a lack of support. Now they are not picking my phone
