Overall Experience was not good in term of payment...they simply swiped my card and didn't aware me about the merchant EMI and now i am paying the extra EMI cost to bank. Fraud case 😠 Please be aware and ask every detail about the product and transaction as well. They told you that the steplizer sold by them is pure copper luminous company brand but actually it was not. Overall store size is good and have almost all LG products. Happy shopping 😁

For a brand shop to be right next to Electronic Mart, this LG showroom couldn't care less about the customer and their experience. This showroom is mostly deserted, poorly lit and the executives don't bother about telling you the features of the product. I went two weeks ago for a washing machine. The executive there straight away blurted out the price before telling me about any of its features. I also enquired about the OLED TV but the model I was looking for wasn't available. The sad part about this showroom is that I brought these items from other retail stores in the vicinity. Step up Guys.

The poorest service ever seen. We purchased a new refrigerator and the main door already had big dent on it. The replacement door has been in transit since 2 weeks and never changed till today. Better choose some other source for your new LG appliance.

Poor service lazy ppl. Don’t go to this shop to buy anything you will regret. And if once you buy you regret they don’t deliver on time or give you the best deal nor has the best service
