I recently bought an LG air conditioner from this shop, and the service was outstanding. The sales team was very professional and helped me choose the right model for my home. The installation was quick and hassle-free. Great place to shop for LG products!

I bought an LG AC from them, and their staff is completely unprofessional. The person who came for installation wasn’t even from LG. Never buy anything from these frauds! I deeply regret purchasing a product from them. Avoid them at all costs!

Bought two Microwaves LG 32 LT Charcoal MJEN326SF & LG 28 LT Charcoal MJEN286UF Received a good offer/deal from the shop, however, we wish we were given a slightly better offer as compared to competitors in the vicinity for price and extended insurance/warranty. Besides, I expected a more professional and courteous experience at the LG Shop (Jeevanjee Refrigeration). No water was served, let alone other basics... ONE YEAR INSURANCE CERTIFICATE is yet to receive on my e-mail, the salesman Mr. Abhay and the Payment Counter person have confirmed that I'll be receiving the same in a week's time.

We visited the LG Showroom to buy a double door refrigerator. Mr. Prashant was extraordinarily helpful who explained us the minutest details of all the models. He gave us a very patient hearing to all our questions and doubts. He gave us a full insight into the products to our full satisfaction. We finally were so happy with his sales technique that we bought the refrigerator of 471 litres. He thereafter explained us about the discount offered on payment by card. Here also he made the things very clear to us about the actual payment. We were very happy buying the product and we would recommend this store!!

On 12th of April, I bought an LG AC from them, The person who came for installation wasn't even from LG. He is trying to fool us by saying sir the copper wire which come from outdoor unit is made in India and quality is not good. The copper wire which he bring by himself said its from Malaysia it has better quality then your’s.Basically he was trying to charge us more. After some argument i paid ₹4400 for installation after that the outdoor didn’t work next day they replace it but sadly the side cover of outdoor unit is break. You guy’s can refer those pic’s as well… :(
