I purchased electrical materials worth lakhs from Deepak Lights, trusting their claims about product quality and extended warranties. While selling, they push their own branded products, promising better warranty coverage—but in reality, these products don’t work properly. Today when a 4 of the purchased products failed within the warranty period, I went back with the bill as proof. Instead of honoring the warranty, the rude owner displayed extreme attitude, spoke in a different language, and outright refused to replace it, claiming it’s not covered—despite the warranty stamp I specifically requested on the bill. Beware: Once you make the payment, their customer treatment changes completely. They act as if you are a beggar for simply asking for what was promised. If you still choose to buy from here, avoid their in-house products, no matter how much they try to convince you with fake warranty claims. A truly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Avoid this shop!
