Dont buy ram coolers , pathetic quality of product , i bought 2 coolers last summer. At the time of DELIVERY there were dents and scratches on the cooler, After 1 month only paint started chipping and the different different joints start coming of , and when i asked the owner to do the maintenance his guy comes and just does the touchup in unprofessional way , and nothing for the joints or anything , in total i have spend 32k in buying 2 coolers all waste of money i should HAVE bought an ac instead, PLEASE NEVER BUY RAM COOLERS PATHETIC QUALITY , AND SAVE YOUR MONEY Okay so after the response of the owner i would like to add , first of all they are so quick that they are responding to my review after 1 year , and lets start with first point there is gap of one week , yes i bought the second cooler after 1 week because the first coolers performance was good the second one performance is also good but the build quality still poor , there were no mud as u are explaining, and if u want i will definitely update photos of 1 yr old ram cooler and judge by yourself so will update the snap asap and let people decide. Just bought it from Savitri Traders Gurgaon, Delivered at home, very well packed. Opened it n after fixing the wheels on the trolly, Placed the cooler on the trolley, it was perfect fit for our place. Fill the water in the Tank n Switched on it Enjoyed The Cool Breeze. Experience was just great. Felt like AC. It's time to have Happy n Cool Summer. 😊😊😊
