The sales man and manager didn't keep the promised deal. They promised for all inclusive deal door delivered and after delivery they demanded extra delivery charges and the way of dealing after sale was not up to a standard. After argument, needed to pay extra money.😒

Worst Service experience 😔 😔 Don't buy their recommended brands. I had bought Bosch Refrigerator last year on their recommendation. But now I am fed up with the service of Bosch. Worst Service experience from Bosch. They had said Bosch will provide best service but it's not true. I had also informed about this to kaydee electronics but there is no response.

I would give them 5 stars as I had recently purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine. Best thing I found was that after entering the shop they didn't directly start showing the products but they understood our requirements and then showed options meeting those requirements. Also they guided us to buy better products which were right for our requirements and even saved us some money as well. Post sales response is also up to the mark. Would recommend them for sure.

Prices quoted are higher than usual. Maybe trying to extract maximum money from a customer who visits when other shops are closed due to holiday (Tuesday).

Purchased O-General 1.5 ton ac, service from these people are real quick. Within a day they guarantee the fixing of AC from O-General service person. And the AC was fixed by them after 3hours of delivery. At 2pm purchased, at 6pm its fixed.
