The road leading to this temple had an old-world charm, almost like a black-and-white movie feel.From a distance, the temple looked beautiful, and it's just a short walk from the bus stop. It's definitely worth going inside to see the idol – the temple has ancient stone steps and sculptures that feel cool to the touch, adding to its historic vibe. Even though photography isn’t allowed inside, I managed to capture a few shots from outside. It's a peaceful place to sit and spend some quiet time. Also, if you're already at the temple, don’t miss the chance to go up to Bannerghatta Hill from the side of the temple. The view from the top is amazing and totally worth the short climb. A must-visit spot if you're in Bannerghatta, Bangalore..🙏😍

Sri Champakadhama Swamy Temple in Bannerghatta is one of the most peaceful and spiritually uplifting places I have visited in Bengaluru. The temple is surrounded by greenery and has a very calm atmosphere that makes you instantly feel relaxed. The traditional architecture, clean surroundings, and the divine ambience create a perfect place for prayer and meditation. The temple is located about 25 km from Majestic Bus Stand, and it is easy to reach. BMTC buses toward Bannerghatta (including Bus No. 365) stop near the area, and autos or cabs can take you right up to the temple gate. The location is convenient, yet it feels far from the city noise. The priests are kind and perform the poojas with great devotion. The temple premises are well maintained, and there is enough space to sit, relax, and enjoy the quiet environment. There is also a small hill behind the temple with steps leading to the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy shrine, which gives a beautiful view and adds to the spiritual experience. Overall, this temple is perfect for anyone looking for peace, nature, and a refreshing spiritual break. A must-visit if you are around Bannerghatta or planning a short trip from Bengaluru.

The temple dedicated to Lord Shree Rama has retained its charm and Divinity for Ages. The positive vibe and fulfilment acquired will be heart filling. We managed to reach the temple just before closing time. To our surprise we were blessed with Annaprasadam that was offered in the Temple. Be cautious about the monkeys, do not carry any visible eating things while you are there. Try to visit this Temple during morning hour to prevent the heat during day times especially in summer. There is adequate parking available.

Shri Champakadhama Swamy Temple in Bengaluru offers a serene escape amid urban life. Nestled near Bannerghatta Road in Jayanagar. It has a divine atmosphere, ideal for meditation and problem-solving prayers, with a tidy setup surrounded by greenery. Dress modestly (cover shoulders and legs), remove shoes inside, and respect quiet zones. It is a perfect half-day spiritual retreat. The serene chants, champaka-scented air, and hill views leave you rejuvenated. From central Bengaluru like Majestic, drive 22-32 km south via Bannerghatta Road (45-60 minutes); park at the hill base for cars or bikes. BMTC buses drop at Bannerghatta Circle (10-11 min walk or rickshaw), Kempegowda Airport is 60+ km away with taxis available.

We visited this temple on a Saturday, and it was not very crowded, which made the experience even more pleasant. Annadhanam is available regularly, which is truly a blessing. The walk to the top is very easy — just about 5 to 10 minutes with simple steps, so anyone can reach comfortably. The atmosphere is very peaceful and divine. A perfect place to spend some calm, spiritual time.
