We visited the SONATO electronics store in Ritchie street and purchased sonato brand PA system. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was very competitive and extremely good quality product. This is our go to store for any electronic products..highly recommended!!!

Charges too much by fooling customers.. The products of Sonato brand are not genuine too.. Very bad customer service. They are so mean that they see only profits, they dont focus on customer satisfaction. For a small device which actly costs 500, I was charged 2500 and the product gave up in a month.. Later on when I checked in the web, I got to know the actual price..

If a customer without having any knowledge of the speaker is contacting them with the concern. There should be a proper way of speaking and approach. But when I called them with concern I experienced the worst customer approach. So that's why 3 stars.

Sir/ Madam iam never ever purchased again your shop. I had a worst experience with your consumers service.
