The bad experience I had got... I just approch them to install os. They didn't fix my computer problem properly. I attended for 6 months. Atlast after 6 months they again request me to reinstall OS....

I bought a new desktop here. Installation and delivery is very fast. I disnt expect this in kanchipuram. Very genuine parts and all computer accessories is also here. Thank u

I had provided my laptop for service here recently on 17th Jan 2026. They overcharged me and when I demanded to explain the cost behind the service I didn't get any proper response while receiving my laptop (23 Jan2026) Also they didn't provide any estimate and directly proceeded with service without confirming the expected amount for the service. On the date of delivery they just conveyed your service is done and conveyed to collect the laptop mentioning the cost. While receiving the laptop they didn't provide any bill for the service. The payment was made through UPI. When I tried to contact their shop owner Rajesh after repeated attempts the next day (24th Jan2026) he behaved in un-professional manner and his language was very rude. He just mentioned to come back and we will restore the older problem and take the money back which I felt was absolutely unprofessional coming directly from the shop owner just for asking to explain the bill over call. Please think twice before going to such shops where customer is not treated well. You can definitely find better laptop service centers in & and around Kanchipuram Gandhi road. Definitely avoid this shop. Thanks
