Pratham Solar needs to keep up there service levels. Basic parts of the equipment they sell are not kept as a spare. Its been 3 days and our water heater is down . Its just not sales after service is also a need of the hour this is what is missing in them. Hope they realize this and act upon it quickly. We are still having to take early morning bath in cold water thanks to Partham solar.
