Extremely unprofessional behavior. Their behaviour was very rude & they refused to share the pricing details upfront. They kept saying they would inform us later. This lack of transparency and courtesy made it a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended for family functions.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was shockingly unprofessional and evasive in their communication. They outright refused to share pricing details upfront, insisting multiple times that “everything would be told at the end.” This blatant lack of transparency was not only frustrating but also deeply disrespectful. It felt like we were being misled the entire time. Absolutely not recommended for any family function — avoid this place if you value clarity and honesty.

Pathetic service . Not interested in sharing any details of their service . They want us to come to them and enquire as though we are lying free and idle .. not at all intrested in upgrading their service .. if ur so disintrested why to even set up tent house . Just scrap it .. don’t ever opt for this . Up b in danger

Rude and wrost people If u want to destory your event or any function please contract them Will give hand when they want and charge u hell alot of money Their stuff is old and useless Owner is a uneducated and manner less and his staff member are lazy just demand their owner what to do Had a wrost expience And got lucky with another vendor but he delayed my event by 4hr

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and had no respect for customers. They failed to arrive on time, showed no basic manners, and did not complete the decoration as promised—yet still charged the full, highly inflated amount. Their behavior was demanding and disrespectful, making the entire experience very unpleasant. I strongly recommend avoiding them and choosing someone else instead.
