One of the oldest tent manufacturers!

Very bad experience. I recently purchase a material 2 times they send defective material. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Very Bad customer support. Event after paying the complete amount my tents are lying uselessly as they havent send anyone to setup the tents. This is a genuine review, not fake at all. We have the tents lying at our site and yesterday also we tired reaching you but no one bothered to answer. You teams keep on telling we will be sending the installation guy tomorrow but that tomorrow never arises. No doubt the quality of product is good, but your after sales service is pathetic. Your teams is bothering us with not getting the product installation done, now you do lets us know whom we should contact? Please find attached the photos of the tent lying at our sites from weeks.

Very very poor and pathetic customer services. Before the deal they vouch on providing excellent customer support but their delivery is so late and post delivery the team doesn’t responds for installation. Unlimited follow up is required for everything without any response from their end..! Would not recommend anyone to buy any stuff from them..! It's not a competitor putting comments but a customer who is suffering due to negligence of Mahavira tents.

Very bad experience .. pathetic service .. humble request to the customers never buy anything from here . Firstly promised to deliver tents in 1 month. It's been 4-5 months no response and no action been taken. Still the service is pending .. They don't value their customer at all . WORST EXPERIENCE.. 23/03/23 We have no enough time to leave our work and give fake reviews here . Here are the pictures of your late delivered tent items not yet assembled at the place. Still waiting for your concern person to come and fix this up it's been delayed . Instead of solving the problem you are busy in proving it as a fake news . How unprofessional it is . Highly disappointed.
