Bad staff - they'll always guide you to premium petrol side where there's no regular petrol. You'll have to readjust to the other side if you need regular petrol. Out of my last 4 visits, only once the air facility was available onsite that too after a boy unwillingly came to shower his kindness by doing us a favor to check tyre pressure. All other times, we were redirected towards the next puncture repair shop with a note that you need not pay there. Why don't you just move the air facility there then? HP compliance?! No wisor cleaning offering. There are better HP service stations than these nearby. I would rather use them instead from now on

You have to wait for assigned person only to get fuel filled, if a guy is free, he wouldn't serve you as they are stick to their fuel point only. This is not a professional way to serve people. Hope they will understand the issue and will improve there services.
The service is fine, the staff is good, need improvement in toilets, overall hygiene near the fuel pump.
