I recently purchased a furniture from Jain Furniture Shop on Ramte Ram Road, and I am very impressed with their collection. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my selection. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. They took my order and delivered the wrong color and even the wrong furniture. When I tried to reach out for help, their response was completely unprofessional — they were rude and continuously avoided our calls and messages. It took them almost a month to finally send the correct order, and there was no proper apology or accountability from their side. The entire process was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and customer-friendly service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture store. We placed an order for a dining table on 12th February, and we were clearly promised delivery within 7–10 days. However, it has been well beyond that timeframe. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have been the ones constantly calling to ask about the status, and most of the time they neither pick up the calls nor call back to provide any update. There has been zero proactive communication from their side regarding the delay. On top of that, their cartage/delivery charges are unreasonably high. It feels like they take advantage of customers’ majboori (helplessness) after the purchase is made. While placing the order, they made big promises about service and timely delivery, but there has been absolutely no effort to fulfill those commitments. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.
