I deal with Ritaben. She is very good and give us full information for bed prons and cons. Thanks

This shop is amazing shop and her shop's staf is a very good and staf mamber by name is lokesh is a very genuine person...

I had a very disappointing experience “Very unprofessional behavior" Being a well-known shop, I expected professional and respectful service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The shopkeeper was not cooperative and showed no interest in showing the furniture items properly. Additionally, one of the staff members continuously laughed at us in a very disrespectful manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. Such behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing business. Good customer service is extremely important, especially for a reputed store. I would not recommend this shop unless they improve their attitude and service.

Amazing products and all the furniture stuffs are well structured, designed and stronger in its best quality. Staff and all members are also very nice supporter and communicater.

I purchased this sofa 5 years ago for ₹38,800. At the time of purchase, the shopkeeper assured me that it was of the best quality and spoke very positively about the product. Their marketing skills were very convincing. However, after using the sofa for some time, its condition has become very poor. The sponge quality is extremely low. The seating sponge has completely flattened, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. The internal support of the sofa is also very weak. It only has belt support inside, without any proper wooden base. The belts become loose every 1–1.5 years. We have already called a repair person twice to tighten the belts. When we showed the sofa to a carpenter, he said that there is hardly any strong support structure inside. He also mentioned that the wood used is of low quality. Additionally, the legs (paya) of the sofa broke on their own, which clearly shows the poor build quality. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. The sofa looked good initially, but the durability and material quality are very poor. I would not recommend this product to others.
