One of the best service we have received from Rich wood furniture porur branch. Sales manager Mr. Ram & Delivery person Mr. Kalaivanan did a fabulous job. We have ordered Soft, 2 cot, dinning table and diwani and they delivered from chennai to kodaikanal by one time with amazing quality. Highly recommended to everyone to utilize their service.

I have placed order of 2 cots and I made an advance and then paid the balance amount in just 2 days. They informed it would take 7 days because of customisation but it has been 20 days already and have not received it and no response from them. Please don't purchase from them worse experience ever.

I visited this shop a week ago. They have a wide range of collections in sofas, recliners, and dining tables. The best part is that they can customize your preferred design according to the expected size. All the staff members are very polite and well-mannered, especially staff member Ram, who treated us with great respect. The order we placed was delivered on the estimated date, and the delivery experience was excellent. The product was delivered without any damage. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by this showroom. I purchased furniture from your showroom last year and opted for the service support offered. As requested, I shared all the necessary photos and details via WhatsApp. However, despite waiting for several days, I have not received any response or update from your team. The service quality is very poor, and the lack of communication is frustrating. During the purchase process, the staff were very responsive and helpful, but after the sale, there seems to be no concern for customer support. I am posting this review in the hope that the concerned management or higher authorities will take notice and ensure that my issue is addressed promptly. I kindly request someone from the showroom to respond to my WhatsApp messages and provide the required service. Thank you.
