Nd sofe k corner sharp h .kai bar bolne k bad b nhi theek kia .10000 advance dia ta vo b vapas nhi dia ..paise ka nuksan na ho karke hume inka bakwas sofa le lia ..pls guys do not take any product from them.they promise like they are very professional but kam bahut he ganda .also when we start telling them k yar sofa k corner nikle h they started Arguing.suppose you are choosing colour of sofa ..shade no mention in bill but comes out in different shade n colour.then they settle you like 19 20 ka farq h ji .than alag alag hota h .. seriously gutter service

Worst furniture shop in that market. They don't even know how to talk to customers..... Purchased a bed 1 year back from this cheap shop due to budget constraint.... It completely worn out .... Such a cheap product.... Regret ting it on daily basis. Pls thoda aur paisa daal ke achhi jagah se buy Krna

Pathetic quality of products sold by these guys! Don’t waste your money, as the furniture will only last a couple of months. They don’t care about their customers or stand behind their products. !! I bought furniture worth 1 lakh plus from them for my home, one of which was a dressing table whose drawers got damaged within 2 months. And when I called for their service, they did not send anyone from their side. Every time they say they will do it. I am following up on the last 4 months. Very poor quality furniture. Service is even worse. My worst experience with Umar Furniture and Interiors—completely frustrating and disappointing. Avoid this shop if you value quality and good service! Avoid Umar Furniture at All Costs: A Nightmare Experience My experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly urge potential buyers to look elsewhere. We purchased a custom sectional sofa five months ago with a quoted delivery window of 1 week Not only was the delivery 2 weeks late, but the communication was abysmal—I had to call them repeatedly, and they were consistently unhelpful, providing vague updates or outright misinformation. When the sofa finally arrived, it was clearly defective. The stitching on one armrest was already coming undone, and the legs were chipped. The fabric felt cheap and saggy, not matching the quality we viewed in the showroom. This furniture is expensive, and to receive such poor quality after such a grueling wait time is unacceptable. I immediately contacted them to initiate a return, and I am currently stuck in a bureaucratic loop of phone call and voicemails. They show zero respect for the customer's time or investment. Save your money and your sanity—go somewhere else.
